Officers 2009-2010

President, Martina Virrey has been a member of the Central Valley Stonewall Democratic Club since 2005. She also served four years as Chapter Leader, for the San Joaquin County chapter of Marriage Equality USA, a national non-profit whose mission is to secure legally recognized civil marriage equality for all.
Vice-President, Sid Barazza Vice President, Nicholas Hatten is a Stockton native, former represenative of Represenative Jerry McNerney, campaign advisor during the 2006 and 2008 campaigns and currently a freelance political/governmental relations consultant. Recently returning to Stockton, after over a decade in the Bay Area, Nicholas is excited to help strengthen the democratic movement within San Joaquin County.
Secretary, Al Medeiros-Contreras has been politically involved since 1999 when he became president of the Rainbow Alliance organization at CSU Stanislaus. He continues to be involved with many GLBT organizations both locally and nationally. As secretary, his goal is to assist the Executive Cabinet and maintain clear communication among the membership.
Treasurer, Joel Reyna, Jr. is a Stockton native and proud co-founder of the Central Valley Stonewall Democratic Club. It is Joel's hope that organizations like the Central Valley Stonewall Democratic Club can serve as a resource and a source of pride for many in this community.
